Foundation Malagaport is a private non-profit foundation, which is considered an entity with its own legal personality and subject to Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into Spanish law the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.1 and 3.1.j) thereof.

This section disseminates information and documents relating to the contractual activity of Foundation Malagaport in accordance with article 63 of Law 9/2017, which guarantees the principles of transparency, publicity, competition, confidentiality, equality and non-discrimination, as well as the awarding of contracts to those who submit the best offer.
